- Toronto Prisoners’ Rights Project (TPRP): Mutual aid collective advocating for prisoner justice and abolition. Provides emergency support, care packages, and community organizing.
- PASAN: Supports incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals living with HIV/HCV. Offers harm reduction education, peer support, and legal advocacy.
- Prison Fellowship Canada: Faith-based mentorship and reintegration support for people affected by incarceration. Runs the Angel Tree program for families and children.
- Justice For Soli: Advocacy movement for mental health reform and justice following Soleiman Faqiri’s death in custody. Pushes for accountability and systemic change.
- Ombudsman Ontario: Investigates complaints against public bodies, including correctional facilities, healthcare, and public services in Ontario.

- Jean Tweed Centre – JAM Program: Justice-involved women's outreach program offering counselling, addiction services, and transitional support before and after release.
- Elizabeth Fry Toronto: Provides housing, mental health counselling, employment services, and court support
- Ontario Human Rights Commission (OHRC): Provincial agency advocating for human rights, including protections for incarcerated and marginalized individuals.
- Human Rights Legal Support Centre (HRLSC): Offers free legal services to individuals facing discrimination — including inmates and recently released individuals.
- CMHA Toronto – Post Incarceration Housing Program: Provides housing assistance and mental health support for individuals transitioning back to the community.

- Turning Point Youth Services: Supports justice-involved youth (ages 12–24) with mental health counselling, live-in programs, and trauma-informed care.
